  I lived there in the late 90s to early 2000s (6 years in total). Apt are very big and spacious to the point where it seems like a waste of space. But very old and smells like old moldy apts do. Management at the time was terrible. This complex is basically like most major city apt projects. You live in what seems like perpetual fog. You wake up you see white fog and nothing else. You come home you see white fog. Initially, the place seem like it was maintained frequently and rent was low. There were constant patrols around the complex and parking garages. Then they cut back and there was plenty of vandalism in the garage, mail stolen and general crime follow by lots and lots of pass through to your rent. Glad I left.
