  The rooms are very "boutique"/European. What that really means is the rooms are small. The rooms are clean enough (but not clean-clean) and beds comfortable enough (but not comfortable-comfortable).
  
  The bar staff down stairs are excellent. Front desk staff are expert at ignoring anyone who isn't in line for service and are generally rude and inept when you are receiving service. The door man/bell staff are warm and welcoming.
  
  The location is very central, but this leads to a horrible check-in if you have a car. There is zero parking. There are exactly two spaces to pull in to on their side of the street (a police officer tells me any stopping is illegal), which has trolleys going both ways. We had to circle 4 times (at least 30 minutes due to the heavy traffic in the area) before a space opened up across the street (3 spaces there), then after check-in, I had to make an (illegal, I think) u turn so the bell staff could unload the car. The parking/lack thereof is why I'll likely never stay here again. Valet is $59.
  
  Update: They'll tell you you can late checkout, but when you actually request late checkout they tell you you can't, the hotel is full. If you press them further they'll tell you they can accommodate a late checkout, but it'll cost. A half day charge to checkout 2 hours later than normal. Frankly, I don't care about the cost, I care about the misdirection, and the extortion.
  
  Update 2: several hidden charges and bs "fees".
  
  Do yourself a favor; don't stay here!
