  I have just had one of the top customer service experiences of my life! Long story short: I had purchased a crib from Sprout that had purported to also function as a co-sleeper on their website. Indeed it was not (much to my disappointment), and rather than saying 'tough luck', Sprout provided me a partial refund in order to buy a co-sleeper. (I think part of the description problem was in the crib manufacturer). So, not only do they have great products at competitive prices, they back up their products and are very nice about it.

  I find this place so hit and miss... The stock is good, pretty much everything you might need for little people but just something not right. The staff oscillate between the nicest people you could meet and completely overbearing and disingenuous. I'll go back for sure but it's worth noting.
