  Veey rude manager and customer service arrived there today for a oil change on my acura and nothing more. Called to schedule an appt and no-one came to the car... so i got out and was lost , but no one could direct me. The manager in the service dept which sits in the middle desk... stated , "dont you see me on the phone?" And i was applaud at his professionalism. Being a first time customer... i got my car and left. They will never get my service
