  As seen by photos, no hours of operations are posted outside of the booths, apparently these are independent franchise operations, where the vendors show up when ever the rest of the retailers open.
  Remember this is California, not Hawaii.
  There two booths on either ends of the pier, most likely operated by a single vendor.
  Either business is good, or it is a front operation for some "other" interests in the city.
  Fortunately there are plenty of other businesses here to cater to shoppers curiosities.

  Love going to Pier 39 and going to the 1st pearl factory by Trish's mini donuts. We have fun with picking the shells and finding out what color and size we get. We have bought a few for gifts.
