  I live at 1229 Chestnut St which they manage. Unresponsive to complaints about bad neighbors and I dont use the word 'bad' lightly. There is a psychopathic older woman who lives right above me. She makes living in the apartment a burden and a deeply dissatisfying experience (after paying hefty rents) for all people who share a common wall with her apartment. To date, there hasnt been any action taken by the management to curb these kind of behaviors and the residents are merely expected to put up with such behavior. Very poor management in setting up new tenant expectations ahead of time.
