  I give this place a 1 star for the service that I received when I got my eyebrows done. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed at EWC for the past year and I recently moved to this area. Even before booking my appointment I told the front desk that I needed an experienced waxer for my eyebrows. My waxer was Nicole and majority of the time she ended up tweezing my eyebrows when I told her twice that I was not a fan of tweezing and didn't want them tweezed and tweezing messes my eyebrows, however she continued to tweeze them!!!! It was really awkward and it took her so long.!!!!! I don't understand, I didn't go here to pay to get my eyebrows plucked!?? This has never happened to me at another EWC! ... I don't understand, I feel like she didn't know how to wax, so she plucked? I was so disappointed with the result of my eyebrows and the shape got really messed up that they did not match. If I were EWC, I would get rid of this waxer if they don't want to loose business. The front desk was understanding of my concerns and comped me, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and try one more shot with an experienced waxer that knows how to wax eyebrows.
