  Better to get there early (before 8:30am) to avoid the rush. They can be extremely slow. Food is made to order, therefore if you do get something, expect to wait 10 minutes minimum with no line. If the line is out the door, it's EASILY over 30 minutes.
  The food is above-average but over priced. I recommend the special breakfast sandwich but save your money on the coffee. Good spot to venture to on your way to the beach.
  The staff isn't the friendliest, but it's usually cause they are swamped. I've seen an older lady, whom I believe is the owner, be pretty direct to customers. Kind of explains how the joint is run.
