  Warning Turist scam!:: This place sells overpriced pet accessories, I know it because I bought two. one of them broke as soon as I used it the first time. I tried to talk to the personal in the store and they pointed at an email address for complains and refunds that never responds to customers. The other accessory I bought came without instructions, I asked the person on the phone for instructions and she said it was on facebook page. LIE.
  
  this place is staying in business only because tourists like myself purchase something and we can't go back to San Francisco only to return it and the place does not stand behind their low quality product.
