  Could I complain more? Have to hold the 10”cake by hand to ride the bart in rush hour. The whole cake’s cake is so plain and they knew it is a birthday cake for 12 years old, not 112 years old. I regretted the tips were paid before picking up.
  It is really by hand...no string no bag, just a box...have to hold the box like holding baby..
  
  The last but not least, the tiramisu crepe cake is quite dry...like eating paper..
