  I have at Waterbend for the past year now...wow, time flies! I have had a great experience during my time there. The leasing office manager, Amanda Fraley, and her team are always pleasant and willing to help
  In particular, Amanda is very thoughtful and caring with her residents, in so many ways; consistently greeting them when she sees them, seeing how they are doing, and if they need anything. That is what I love about her:)
  
  The maintenance team is also great, they keep the place looking great, running smoothly and any requests I have every placed are done in very timely and top notch manner!
  
  They have great fitness classes in the state of the art gym, with TRX and state of cycle machines, amongst many other cool gym '"toys" to make your workouts fun. The rooftop is beautiful and offers a great way to relax at the end of the day. A great lounge area with pool table, bar and dining area. Oh, and did I mention, very dog friendly? Another major plus is the awesome grocery store across street, with very fair prices on organic goods, along with many delicious items that you really can't find many other places, such as local treats.
  
  If you are in the market for an apartment, and hate the downtown prices, as well at the crazy hustle and bustle, but still want the perks of the city, then you must check this place out. Cheers!
