  Just like the countless other's before me, I would definitely give them 0 stars if I could. They consistently mark my packages as "delivered" when they are not. Today's said, "Delivered. to the front desk or reception area at 11:39 am." I currently do not have my "delivered" package which was supposed to be here by 8pm today. Our receptionist said they didn't even receive our "normal" mail today either. And God forbid you try and call the annex to get a live person. The phone rings busy all day. This is THE WORST postal office EVER. Of course now they’ve marked it as delivered I cannot chose the option of having it held at the annex.
  
  I really wish Amazon would stop using USPS as a vendor. 2 items ordered on the same day. One item was straight UPS, which I got on time (who'd have thunk it), and the other item was the cringe worthy FedEx Smart Post. Which means I get to play the fun game of "will my package EVER really get here?!?!".
  
  I can only imagine how bad it would be if people still actually mailed letters and cards all the time instead of email.....
