  Great store, you can't fault the store or staff for being busy. Welcome to a big city... real estate is expensive and small, the stores can only hold so much. These guys and gals do a great job and the service is great! Totally worth any wait you might have.

  This has got to be one of the best Custumer service when it comes to cell phone dealer, or perhaps it's just that I got use to the bad service at sprint. I've been a client of t mobile for about a year and a half, I deal with Brian who's always a phone call away to deal with any issues. Thanks Brian.
