  Owner is rude and didn't take our Groupon. Made up policies and excuses to tell us why he couldn't take our voucher and did whatever it took to make us pay as much as possible. We took 3 of our vouchers out immediately after he gave us the check, and he didn't say anything and this was before we even got our drinks. We even asked about it when we were ordering our drinks. The text on the Groupon said "1 per person" but they were acting like it was "1 per table" and didn't tell us anything until after we bought and drank everything and it was too late. The Groupon was only available in a 4 coupon package and said "1 person per 1 visit" everyone at my table ordered one thing and had their own voucher, and they made us pay for a drink still. If they wanted to limit it to 1 per table then it should be indicated on the Groupon and not sold in packages of 4 but single Groupon. I asked to talk to the manager, and all he said was "no, tell him I don't want to talk to him" to one of the cashiers. Pathetic, cowardly service from a pathetic, cowardly manager.
  
  Edit: you are lying through your teeth in your response. First of all, if you don't remember me coming back, how are you able to give such a detailed explanation of how it happened. You are lying through your teeth. I also find it hard to believe that you have a camera that can pick up audio that's so small (or if you have a camera that picks up audio at all. Most cameras don't.) If a Groupon is only allowed for one person, it would have explicitly said that in the Groupon. Learn how to read the fine print you sad excuse of a manager.

  Boba in glass and ceramic! Yay for not contributing more single-use plastic to the planet! Their drinks taste like real tea, and you can adjust the sweetness all you want! Bonus: their Thai tea can be made without sugar -- they use half n half!! Free WiFi, you can sit for a long time, and sometimes there's even tiny tastes of coconut pudding on the counter...
