  Amzing service. We needed passport in emergency like in few hours before our flight departs. I had given up hope that we will be able to fly that day. We showed up at agency at 2:30pm (they close at 4pm) without appointment and mentioned about emergency. Person who attended us at the counter was very understanding and didn't push back at all. They took our information and got passport ready in 1 hour. Every one in the staff were nice and polite. It definitely feels like they enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. Superb customer service.
