  I am saddened by the attitude of many large breed owners. They find it acceptable that their dogs bully small breeds and on 7 occasions in the last 4 years my own small breed has been attacked.
  none of these dogs had a muzzle and in almost all occasions I got comments like "he thought my dog was kibble" ha ha or he didn't know it was a dog?
  The breeds involved were Rottweilers, Pitt bulls and Doberman pinchers. These brees have been around for some time and all have a history of being trained as attack dogs.
  The arrogance of the owners toward small breeds is forcing small breed owners to stop going to the parks.
  Not only is this unfair but it send out a message that being a bully is backed by the City of SF once known for supporting diversity and love.
  A) All large breeds need to be required to have muzzles which in no way prevents them from playing and drinking and getting all the exercise they need.
  But it does keep them from Eating small breed dogs!
  B) All parks must provide a separate area for small breeds to safely exercise with stiff fines on misuse of the park facilities.
  Pleas let me know you feelings or ideas on this subject.
