  Just called to ask if they had materials to replace drip irrigation, the guy impatiently asked "well, what size?" I said "I'm not sure, I think it's the smallest size. But so you have them? I can just look." He then super rudely said, "Some. But I can't help you if you don't tell me what size."
  
  So I'll be going to Cole Hardware where I know they'll be helpful, even though it's significantly further away.
