  I parked a brand new car here and the attendant backed into a pole. Received a letter in the mail saying the damage was identified by the same attendant prior to parking. Absurd. Unethical. Illegal.

  This company manages the parking garage of my apartment, Metro @ Showplace 660 King st, San Francisco, CA. They are responsible for my Mercedes being stolen from gated parking lot. I plan to file a lawsuit against them as they refuse to provide me information for the garage attended on duty when my car was taken out of the garage and stolen.
