  Staff are staggeringly incompetent and unhelpful.
  
  Can't understand simple questions in English and super rude to boot.
  
  Room and facilities were reasonably clean but the mental anguish of dealing with the staff alone would make this no stars if that were possible.

  This is primarily a residential hotel, though they do have a reasonable daily rate. The shared bathrooms and showers are exceptionally clean and well appointed. Definitely not a luxury hotel but for travelers on a budget, this is likely the best deal you'll find.
