  We took a client to Bluestem and the experience was very poor, but the food was great. Here's my recap:
  
  Pros:
  - Delicious Food (Oysters, Bacon/Cabbage, Pork Sausages - yum!, Soup of the Day)
  - Free sparkling water - constant refills
  - The sea bass was just the right portion (pretty small), but pretty delicious and satisfactory. The chips that came with it were amazing.
  
  Cons:
  - Food took 45 MINUTES to deliver (they are understaffed)
  - They never updated us on when the food would arrive - horrible experience with a client to have a 1.75 hour lunch
  - Silverware - after they removed our silverware from the starters, we were left with food in the middle and nothing to eat it with
  
  Overall: I will come here with colleagues/co-workers, but I will definitely not bring clients again as it took way too long. While the food was delicious, the service is lacking and we felt neglected.
