  Debating between a 3 and 4-star rating. The staff was friendly and got us on the road pretty quickly. The brakes on my bike were very squeaky, which was obnoxious and detracted from the experience. After our ride, I looked at some other companies, and it appears that there are cheaper options out there. But the experience of biking across the bridge is super cool, and it wasn't terribly difficult to navigate our way to the ferry to head back from Sausalito.
