  Very nice hotel. Walking distance from Pier 39. We had a great room and an awesome experience. Super friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again. Only down side is the parking but that's San Francisco for you. At least the staff gave me some advice for cheaper parking across the street at safway.

  Great location and comfy beds. I was happy that I was offered the option of a ground floor king vs. a fourth floor with two separate double beds. Cleanliness was decent with the exception of hair (from the previous guests?) and a suspicious brown thing on the shower curtain. Also the shower head or water pressure didn't provide much water.
