  I met Willem (Software Engineer @ RentMethod) at a networking event, and after learning of my recent horrible craigslist renting experience (major bullet dodged!), he told me about a building that RentMethod was leasing the apartments for downtown, and he thought it might be a good fit. Though he made it clear that the building was still in a construction phase at the time, he suggested I contact one of the agents to set up an appointment and take a look. Nothing to lose.
  So I reached out via their website and Lucas quickly followed up with me. Other than being extremely informative and professional, he really took the time to understand my needs and appreciate what I was looking for. Though they were only showing the apartments and giving tours on weekends at the time, he went out of his way to set up a tour of the building with another agent, at a time that was convenient for me. Magic.
  During my private tour with the other agent, she was patient with my thousand and one questions, and of the apartments I was interested in, she happily wrote down the specifics for my reference, so I could then discuss my preferences with Lucas.
  From then onwards, it was easy as pie. Lucas quickly responded to all of my questions, provided realistic timelines for the availability of the apartment I liked, and was extremely thorough through the entire process. I honestly have never been involved in such a seamless rental process! And, funnily enough, during the entire process, I never met Lucas in person....and I didn't have to! I reached out online, submitted all of my paperwork and signed electronically, and was able to drop off my security deposit etc, after hours at his office...again, at a time that was convenient for me.
  If it wasn't for Willem and Lucas (and RentMethod), I would probably be miserable and stuck in an unhappy lease for the next 6-12months. But thankfully, the reverse is true, and I am ecstatic about finding this apartment.
  I would recommend RentMethod in a heartbeat, and I wouldn't hesitate using them again in future.
