  The folks at Enterprise helped me with an issue I had trying to get a specific vehicle I needed with four wheel drive. The staff here were really accommodating during a busy time, and actively reached out to fix a rental.
  
  I appreciate that they went out of their way to do so. That said, I find the website and automated call service very frustrating. It seems you're better off just reaching out directly to the location from the beginning if you have any special needs for your vehicle.
