  I needed a bare bones car rental with no frills, good customer service and no gimmicks. They tried to upsell me on insurance but I said 'no thanks' and they left it at that. They tried to upgrade me for free to a bigger car, but I said 'no thanks' because I needed a small commuter car with good gas mileage. Again, they weren't pushy - very polite and got me taken care of quickly. It took me a while to find the place where the car actually was on a lower level because I went to the wrong floor, but I think that's just part of being in a big airport. You get lost sometimes. Brought it back with a full tank of gas and I paid exactly what the estimate was for 4 days, about $80. Good experience and I would definitely rent from them again.
