  Concentra Urgent Care is conveniently located on a SFMUNI bus line. The lobby has high wooden beam ceilings with sky lights to let in natural light which creates an ambiance of well-being. The staff was welcoming and professional.

  Appointment was at 11 a.m. arrive early didn't get out in till 4 p.m. they didn't have the right paper work from my insurance company even though it was sent to them. Doctor was rude for after my exam he told me to get the fxxk out. Not very professional. The paper work needed for me to return to work was not process correctly The Doctor did not sign the paper work. Still waiting to get cleared after 12 days it should have all been done in 3 to 5 days appointment should have been a hour and a half not 5 to 6 hours you be the judge.
