  I love this company. All my jeans come from A&F and I only buy from them when visiting the US as I prefer to try before I buy. Went in today for a product check and was told they would need to call a few other stores which was totally fine, but no-one was willing to do so. The job was passed around to 3 people and the third person reluctantly did it. What kind of service is this? For people that rely on tips, your customer service sure isn't tip worthy at this store.
